Six Business Systems You Need to Implement to Stay Organized and Be Prepared in Your Business
Having Systems in Place in Your Business Can Ease the Overwhelm
Are you overwhelmed with finding time to get all of the things done in your life and business? Similarly, maybe you’ve heard about all of these fancy systems and you’ve read about creating processes, but don’t know where or how to begin using them.
If you don’t have time, to begin with, how do you decide which system you should invest in or what processes to create and implement? I’ve asked myself these questions many times and just sat and stared at my computer screen in utter dismay.
But Shannon Baker recently shared with me how we can strategically implement systems and processes to simplify your business so that we no longer need to fret about time.
Who is Shannon?
Shannon is a coffee-loving, serial entrepreneur, podcaster, and business systems coach who helps busy women with service-based businesses create systems to automate the time-consuming tasks required to run a business. Doing so enables business owners to work more efficiently and have more time for what matters most.
Through reading “The Big Leap” by Gay Hendricks and listening to The Mompreneur Mastermind Podcast, Shannon realized her zone of genius, systems, and processes.
You Can’t Operate Your Business Without Systems
If you don’t have systems in place, your business is running you. You started a business for lifestyle freedom but if you are changed to everything in your business, it is not going to thrive the way you want it to. Likewise, if you have to do everything in your business yourself, it’s not going to survive.
Shannon’s motto is, to keep calm and streamline. In other words, move out of chaos and into consistency. You can’t run a business without consistency. To clarify, systems lead to consistency and consistency leads to happy clients, free marketing, and more referrals.
To help her clients do this, Shannon has created her 6 Core Systems Method.
